I have found that women, when we look into natural temperaments, have offices with storing shelves and cabinets (in their heads) of records of people and things that were done or said to them wrongly, improperly or crudely. Literally! We never forget, even if we forgive, we won’t forget. It’s encrypted in every woman’s DNA and entrenched in every fiber of her being. Trust me bloggers, if a woman denies that, she’s a con artist and you should never trust her. They always try to say, “Oh, I am better than those unapprised women” when you tell them that if you get on her bad side, she will commit to memory events from a specific date and time of day and spring it on you. It will be like this, “You gave me the stink eye when I was about to greet you on Monday morning at work, right beside the teacher’s lounge, at 9:37 AM; as the sun was shining north-by-north-east. I know that because the glare from your Gucci shades were angled just to ricochet the rays into my eyes, which, by the way, infuriated me but I was being the bigger person then, and resisted all my nature urges to rip them from your face. Just so that you know that I am being open and direct, it was half way into the third quarter of the academic year. I also knew you wear sun glasses indoors so that people don’t greet you because you make-believe you can’t see them. Come on!”

You see, if we are to dispute with anybody (husbands, siblings, friends, acquaintances and co-workers) the shelves and files come flying open! It’s inexorable. It’s not only me bloggers! Don’t be uppity, it’s our (predominately women) effort to keep things (big or little) from constrict our tactic or relations. We turn the other cheek and smile. Nowadays, confrontations are encouraged among people (because it’s sooo intellectual) and that’s like, asking someone to burp out loud, in public after drinking a liter of soda pop. It’s a huge change that, we are disinclined to initiate… Much less can. Can you go against your nature? No, so, just enhance it, is what I say.

This is the issue men can confirm (huge theme in books and film). Women never forget. It requires therapy and a bunch of “You/it made me feel…” and “I feel…”

Women! Don’t even attempt to deny it by leaving “rational” comments because it’s a beautiful quirk that we have and it’s what makes us to charming and alluring. I think mine is anyway. Just accept it, denial is only in Egypt. I used to feel bad about it (today actually) until I realized that it’s not only me and that I am not broken, it’s ALL of the women. Which then, made me laugh.

I am so mad at the likes of CSA who have literally ruined the real estate market in Kuwait. These companies are willing to pay KD 600 per month for 2 bedroom accommodations for their employees (passing the exorbitant amount on to the US Government/US tax payers) and it is ruining the local economy. Damn foreigners!

CSA’s contract is up in October 2009, and I hope that whoever is re-bidding
