خلال الشهر ‏ ‏الفضيل ستفوق في كمياتها 480 مليمترا

مضيفا ان ما سيهطل من

امطار لم تشهده الكويت ‏منذ 30 عاما مضيفا

ان درجة الحرارة الصغرى

ستهبط خلال الشتاء المقبل الى خمس ‏ ‏درجات تحت

الصفر ولن تتعدى

درجات الحرارة العظمى 15 درجة مئوية في كثير من

وقال مشعل الرومي ان اهتماماته

بالطقس بدأت منذ اربع سنوات بسبب حبه

لرؤية ‏ ‏المطر المتساقط والبرد

اثناء العواصف الرعدية وسماع صوت الرعد

استقرار بالطقس وتكون الرياح متقلبة

الاتجاه وستكون هناك ‏فترات شمسية

واخرى ملبدة بالغيوم في نفس اليوم

وان هناك فرصة لهطول الامطار

خلال ‏هذه الايام . ونصح الرومي الجميع

بحمل المظلات الواقية من المطر

اذ ان الامطار قد تهطل في ‏‏اي وقت من اليوم

وخلال فترة وجيزة من الزمن

ولكنها ستكون غزيرة ‏ وقال ان الربيع

المقبل سيكون مزدهرا بالنباتات

والفقع (الكمأة) حيث ستشاهد في ‏مناطق

واسعة من البر الكويتي بسبب ان

الامطار التي ستشهدها البلاد ستكون في ‏ ‏الفترة الحالية

وهي موسم الوسم التي تستمر حتى بدايات الشهر المقبل
